Product Overview
The NBC-500 is the flagship 500A digital synergic MIG welder (GMAW) in the NBC series, engineered for heavy industrial fabrication and high-deposition continuous production welding. Powered by advanced IGBT inverter technology with full digital waveform control, it delivers 500A at 60% duty cycle and an exceptional 400A at 100% duty cycle, making it suitable for automated and robotic welding cells. The NBC-500 features synergic pulse MIG, double pulse for aluminum, programmable stitch/seam modes, crater fill control, and a comprehensive material library covering carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and flux-cored wires.
Built on a three-phase 380V industrial power platform, the NBC-500 handles single-pass welding on steel up to 20mm and aluminum up to 16mm. The water-cooled torch (optional integrated cooler) enables sustained 500A operation on long production runs. With 28 m/min maximum wire feed speed, 15 kg spool capacity, and heavy-duty 4-roll feed mechanism, it supports 1.6mm solid wire and 2.4mm flux-cored wire for maximum deposition rates. The NBC-500 is deployed in structural steel fabrication, shipbuilding, pressure vessel manufacturing, mining equipment production, and any application where high-duty-cycle, high-deposition GMAW welding is required.
