Purchase Terms for International Buyers

1. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations from BrightWelding are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are FOB Qingdao (or DDP where agreed) and exclude import duties unless explicitly quoted.

2. Minimum Order Quantity

Standard MOQ is 20 units for mixed models. Trial orders as low as 5 units per model are accepted. Volume discounts apply for container-sized orders.

3. Payment Terms

Standard terms for new customers: 30% deposit by T/T upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight and Alibaba Trade Assurance accepted for eligible orders. Payment terms for established customers may be negotiated.

4. Production & Lead Times

Standard production lead time is 15–30 days depending on order size. We provide photos and videos of finished goods plus the packing list before shipment.

5. Warranty

All machines carry a 1-year free warranty. After warranty, spare parts are supplied at cost. Our dealer network provides local repair support in key markets.

6. Shipping & Risk

Risk transfers per Incoterms of the agreed delivery term. We pack all machines in export-grade cartons with foam inserts on fumigated ISPM 15 pallets. Damaged-in-transit claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Qingdao courts.
