1. Shipping Methods

Sea freight (FCL/LCL): 15–35 days depending on destination
Air freight: available for urgent orders
DDP door-to-door: offered to the EU, North America, Middle East, and Southeast Asia — includes freight, customs clearance, duties, and local delivery

2. Packaging

All welding machines are packed in export-grade corrugated cartons with high-density foam inserts, loaded on fumigated ISPM 15-compliant wooden pallets, stretch-wrapped and strapped. Custom plywood case packaging available for fragile or high-value orders.

3. Tracking

We provide shipping documents (B/L or AWB), packing list, and tracking information once your order ships. For DDP orders our logistics partner updates you at each stage.

4. Lead Time

Standard production is 15–30 days. Total door-to-door time = production + transit. We confirm the full schedule before you pay the balance.
