LGK-120 Air Plasma Cutter

The LGK-120 is a high-power 120A three-phase plasma cutter designed for heavy plate fabrication, mining equipment manufacturing, and bridge construction. With a quality cut capacity of 45 mm on mild steel and a maximum severance capability of 60 mm, it occupies the upper-middle tier of the LGK series and is a popular choice for workshops that regularly process plate in the 30 to 45 mm range. The 380V three-phase IGBT inverter delivers an 80% duty cycle at full rated output and an efficiency rating above 86%, keeping operating costs predictable in high-volume cutting environments.

The LGK-120 represents a significant step up from the LGK-100, adding 20% more cutting current and a 10 mm increase in both quality cut and severance capacity. It is built on a reinforced 25 kg steel chassis with integrated fork pockets for crane or forklift lifting and features the PT-120 torch with a 1.5 mm nozzle orifice for fast, narrow-kerf cutting. The machine includes a digital amperage and air pressure display, a CNC interface port, and a post-flow cooling timer adjustable from 10 to 60 seconds for optimising consumable life across different material thicknesses.
