LGK-80 Air Plasma Cutter
The LGK-80 bridges the gap between portable workshop cutters and heavy industrial plasma systems. Delivering 80 amps of cutting power from an IGBT inverter power source, it produces a quality cut of up to 25 mm on mild steel with a maximum severance capacity of 35 mm. Dual-voltage compatibility (AC 220V / 380V) gives fabricators the flexibility to operate the machine in small workshops with single-phase power or on industrial three-phase circuits for maximum output stability during continuous CNC cutting operations.
Compared to the entry-level LGK-60, the LGK-80 adds 33% more cutting current, a larger PT-80 torch with extended consumable life, and a higher no-load voltage of 300V for faster arc transfer on thick materials. The advanced IGBT inverter delivers an 85% power efficiency rating and a power factor above 0.93, translating to lower electricity costs per linear metre of cut. A CNC interface with arc-on signal and 1:1 divided voltage output is included as standard for integration with gantry and table cutting systems.
